However, I found the noise from the street a bit distracting at times, yet it didn't overshadow my enjoyment overall.

During my recent visit, I experienced exceptional service when the staff arranged early check-in and provided a complimentary fruit plate. The staff’s integrity impressed me when they explained that my safe was left open but assured me everything was secure. The comfortable bed and great bathtub made my stay enjoyable. I found the location ideal for nearby shopping and attractions.

The elegant decor throughout the hotel blends classic and modern touches beautifully, creating a luxurious atmosphere. The flower-filled lobby adds a lovely welcoming touch, making accessibility for senior guests easy and enjoyable with ample seating areas.

Staying here for a couple of nights was quite a mixed experience. While the location was perfect for exploring nearby attractions like the Eiffel Tower and the Champs-Elysees, the room I had was unfortunately quite noisy due to issues with sound insulation. On a positive note, the afternoon tea was innovative and delightful. It's a beautiful spot, but I'd recommend ensuring a quieter room next time.

An unexpected delight was the heated toilet seat. The location was fantastic, and the personnel were exceptionally accommodating, with the highlight being a delightful birthday cake delivered to the room. Afternoon tea was innovative and enjoyable, although missing out on main meals was a slight disappointment.

Perfect service with an elegant atmosphere.

Had an amazing time with friends! We visited the Théâtre des Champs-Élysées and Crazy Horse, both of which were fantastic. The service was top-notch, and the hotel location is perfect—close to plenty of shops and attractions. Totally recommend it for a fun getaway!

However, one restaurant experience was disappointing. A friend ordered crab paella but only received the shell with no crab inside. Not what we expected at all.
